Orders are dispatched from the UK. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on destination. While every care is taken to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by customs, local postal services or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs charges. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We hope you will love your copy of SUD. Should you wish to return your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Returned books must be carefully packaged and returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be processed to the original payment method.
Damaged Orders
If your copy of SUD arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of both the book and its packaging so that we can arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
